Wild Rift meta report (7.3b, October 19, 2026): the strongest picks in every lane
This report is based on WildRiftCore's tier list updated on October 18 and the WildRiftGuides list from October 15. Hwei and Senna were both nerfed in 7.3b and are still near the top; the real shift is the rise of tanks and armor-scaling picks.
Strongest picks per lane
- Baron: Malphite and Shen. Malphite's armor-scaling damage and one-button team fight start are worth a lot in a patch where marksmen are strong, and Shen's ultimate lets him help other lanes instantly. Mordekaiser and Teemo are also in the top tier.
- Jungle: Rammus and Nocturne. Rammus is a natural answer to crit marksmen, and Nocturne is still S+ even after losing health and ultimate cooldown in 7.3b. Ekko and Amumu also stand out.
- Mid: Hwei. Despite two nerfs, his long-range control keeps him first, with Syndra, Morgana and Brand right behind.
- Dragon: Ashe and Senna. Ashe jumped from A to S+ on October 17; her slows and long-range ultimate start fights. Senna stays on top despite the cuts because she works as both a marksman and a support.
- Support: Braum and Sona. Braum's projectile-blocking shield and stunning passive are very effective against attack-speed marksmen, and Sona is the enchanter people pick more as Senna weakens.
Risers and fallers
- Rising: In WildRiftCore's 30-day win rate data, Twitch (+4.1 points), Kog'Maw (+3.9) and Akali (+3.8) gained the most. In tiers, Samira (B to S), Cho'Gath in the jungle (B to S), Shen in Baron (A to S+) and Ashe (A to S+) moved up.
- Falling: Shyvana (-4.3), Tryndamere (-3.3) and Yunara (-2.6) lost the most win rate. Volibear and Miss Fortune dropped from S+ to B on October 3, and Olaf, Nautilus and Yone also slid in the last week.
Draft tip
If the enemy picks a crit or attack-speed marksman like Ashe, Samira or Twitch, answer from the front line: Malphite in Baron or Rammus in the jungle cut that marksman's value a lot. Hwei and Senna are still the two names most worth banning; if you leave Hwei open, take a mid laner who can get on him fast, such as Kassadin or Zed.
